PAYMENT

Full payment is due at booth booking to reserve your company’s space. If not paying online, the invoice is due upon receipt. Therefore, if funds have not been received to APEX headquarters within thirty days your booth space will be forfeited. APEX membership dues and all outstanding invoices on your account must be paid by 31 January 2020 or your booth space will be forfeited. Cancellation fees will apply.

TERMS OF CANCELLATION

If booth is cancelled by 30 January 2020 a cancellation fee of US $500 will apply. Cancellations on or after 31 January 2020 are subject to a cancellation fee equal to the cost of the booth.

MEMBERSHIP DUES

2020 APEX membership dues must be paid by 31 January 2020 or your booth for the Content Market will be forfeited. Cancellation fees will still apply.

Non-Exhibiting Vendor Member- $3,575 USD

*Special Offer: CSPs attending appointments with an airline representative receive one complimentary registration per appointment grouping.

Press Registration
Please complete this press approval form prior to the event and you will be notified via email if your registration has been approved.

*Note:  For companies with booth registrations, the first distributor registrant is complimentary.  This registration has been confirmed with the booth contract.  Each additional distributor from your company must register individually.

Registration and Cancellation Policy
Registration fees are refundable through Friday, 6 March 2020, less a $25 processing fee.  No refunds will be issued after 6 March 2020.  APEX reserves the right to cancel any programs and assumes no responsibility for personal expenses.  Refund requests will be processed 30 days after the meeting concludes.

Payment Policy
All registration invoices must be paid in full before the event.   If payment has not been received to APEX offices prior to the event payment will be required onsite to receive entrance into the event.  No invoices will be issued for registration fees onsite.

Anti-Harassment Statement

By attending or participating in this event, registrants agree that the record of their attendance and their likenesses (including photos/video of themselves separate and in groups, photos/videos of their company displays, etc.) may appear in APEX publications, promotional matter, and other printed, electronic, or video materials.  Registrants are also herein advised that the news media attend this event and may record registrants’ attendance, images and comments for publication or broadcast.
