Registration
Registration includes lunch and breaks on Tuesday 26 March and Wednesday 27 March, access to the networking event & IFE quiz, and entrance to Content Market exhibit hall. If you are registering as an exhibitor delegate, please note pricing below. Booth registrations include one complimentary exhibitor registration. Therefore, you will receive one promo code for this purpose. Each exhibitor/distributor must register to receive a badge.

- Exhibitor/Distributor – First Delegate: Complimentary
- Exhibitor/Distributor – Each Additional Delegate: $525 USD
- Non-Exhibiting Distributor (Supplier): $3,575 USD
Non-Exhibiting Supplier Members (distributors) will register as supplier members. CSP registration will only be approved for buyers. If your organization is not purchasing content in behalf of an airline a CSP registration will not be approved.

Registration/Event Policies
Only registered attendees will be allowed into the event. Badges may not be shared. You will be asked to show a company ID or business card. Registrants must be 21 years of age or above to enter the event.
The Content Market is a members-only event. Please complete the online membership application to join.
Payment Policy: All badge registrations must be paid in full before the event. If payment has not been received by APEX offices prior to the event, payment will be required onsite to receive entrance into the event. No invoices will be issued for registration fees onsite.
Cancellation Policy: Registration fees are refundable through 11:59 PM ET, 23 February 2024, less a $50 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after 23 February 2024. APEX reserves the right to cancel any programs and assumes no responsibility for personal expenses. Refund requests will be processed 30 days after the meeting concludes.
Member Database: Registrants of the event are added to the APEX/IFSA admin database and distribution list for members and receive access to receive member benefits through their company membership. Your individual profile is only visible to other APEX/IFSA members within the members-only directory.* You can log into the member database, or contact staff, to opt-out of emails at any time.
*For events allowing non-member registration, your profile is not visible to members within the portal.
Photography Waiver: By attending or participating in this event, registrants agree that the record of their attendance and their likenesses (including photos/video of themselves separate and in groups, photos/video of their company displays, etc.) may appear in APEX/IFSA publications, promotional matter, and other printed, electronic, or video materials. Registrants are also herein advised that the news media attend this event and may record registrants’ attendance, images and comments for publication or broadcast.
Anti-Harassment Statement: APEX/IFSA is dedicated to providing a harassment-free conference experience for everyone, regardless of gender, gender identity and expression, sexual orientation, disability, physical appearance, body size, race, age or religion. We do not tolerate harassment of conference participants in any form. [Sexual language and imagery is not appropriate for any conference venue, including talks.] Conference participants violating these rules may be sanctioned or expelled from the conference [without a refund] at the discretion of the conference organizers. By attending or participating in this event, registrants agree to this anti-harassment policy.
COVID 19 Statement: Attendees and exhibitors acknowledge that registering for and attending or participating in an APEX event constitutes an agreement by the registrant to abide by APEX and the venues’ efforts to comply with current governmental local recommendations and requirements and to engage in certain health and safety protocols while attending the event as requested by the Association, including but not limited to wearing a mask, engaging in appropriate physical distancing, and not attending/ departing the event if feeling sick or showing certain symptoms. Further, attendees at the event acknowledge that their attendance is voluntary, that they assume any and all risk associated with participating, and that they hold APEX and its directors, agents, attendees, and employees harmless against any claims arising from their attendance.
Press Registration: Complimentary press registration is available, by approval, to any reporter, writer, editor, photographer, or videographer assigned by a recognized news media organization to cover the event. Approval is required.Writers of corporate blogs are not considered members of the media, and generally not eligible to register as press. Exceptions to this rule will be made on a case-by-case basis. In addition:
- Full-time employees of news media organizations must present a business card and a press I.D.
- Freelancers must present identification AND a signed letter from the assignment editor of a recognized news media organization (on company letterhead of the specific media outlet) verifying that they have been retained to cover the events.
- Each news media organization is limited to two representatives. (Exceptions may be made upon request for video crews.)
- Marketing and sales associates are not considered members of the media and cannot register as press.
- Complimentary Press Registrants may attend only for editorial purposes. Press attendees should not engage in advertising solicitation, circulation, or any other business purpose.
